I placed an order through toast on August 27, I ordered a pizza, fries, and a cheesecake slice that I didn’t receive in my order. We contacted toast about it and they haven’t reached back to us about a refund or anything at all, so we went ahead and called the restaurant and they didn’t want to refund or make it up.. $11 for a cheesecake slice isn’t that cheap in this economy to just be like whatever about maybe $5 I can let slide but $11 and neither toast or the restaurant can refund me?? I used to order from this place a lot so this sucks that as a paying customer you don’t receive what you paid for and are treated as if we’re scamming. Not sure who was at fault here if the delivery driver (since he didn’t follow directions and just left my order thrown outside or the restaurant did forget to bag that in with the rest, but either way this is wrong to do to people

⭐ 1 STAR — I HAVE A COMPLAINT. I honestly don’t know how this place is allowed to do this to people. I went in expecting pizza. Just pizza. Maybe something good, maybe something I’d enjoy and then move on with my life. Instead, they completely ruined pizza for me. I tried a slice and immediately knew I had a problem. I actually called the manager, Julie, and jokingly told her, “You ruined pizza for me.” She asked me what I meant. I told her the truth: now that I’ve had their pizza, I’m not going to be able to enjoy any other pizza the same way again. And unfortunately, I was right. The pizza is absolutely out of this world. 🍕 I’m talking about the kind of pizza that makes you sit there after the first bite thinking, “Well… I guess this is my new standard now.” And Julie? Great manager, super friendly, and genuinely made the experience even better. They even gave me a slice for free to try, which was probably a terrible decision on their part because now I’m hooked. 😂 So yes, this is technically a 1-star review… One star for the fact that I can no longer look at ordinary pizza the same way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for everything else. Great pizza, can't complain! But it's a small location with no restrooms for customers. I recommend this place for pickup, not dine-in.

We have always like Little Pops and having this location closer to our house makes it all the better. If you are searching for NY style pizza in Chicago this is the place! This last visit we got the chicken parm pizza and it was fantastic.

Enjoyed the food I got from this restaurant! I ordered an 18 inch pepperoni and basil pizza. I also got the fried cheese ravioli. The pizza ingredients tasted fresh and the toppings were plenty so you're getting flavor in each bite. The sauce was also really good. Sometimes a sauce can make or break the pizza but in this instance it really elevated the flavor and gave it that NY taste. The dough was similar in effect. I once heard that a pizza will get it's overall taste from the dough so given the balanced and savory holistic flavor of the pizza, I can tell the crust is of quality. And since the crust is sort of thick, you get a nice bit of breading to finish off after eating the rest of the slice. For the 18 inch that I got, the slices were cut a little large than one may typically anticipate given that NY slices tend to be larger, so something to keep in mind. While I got an 18 inch, you can also get pizzas by the slice. The fried cheese ravioli met expectations and the filling was really tasty and gooey. Staff were really polite/friendly and efficient as well. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place and will be adding this place to my rotation of pizza joints.
